2011 Fair and Rodeo Queen

Hey Y'all! My name is Cathryn Polehn, and I am your 2011 Wasco County Fair and Rodeo Queen. I grew up showing my horses, dogs and sheep at the Wasco County Fair and watching our action packed rodeo! I am the daughter of Ken and Liz Polehn of The Dalles Oregon. I am a fifth generation Wasco County resident and representing the Wasco County Fair and Rodeo is a great honor to me.

You will see me at the fair on a tall sorrel mare named Bri and red roan named Ruby, Bri is my barrel mare that loves to run. you will see me on her during rodeos and Ruby is my little show mare you will see me riding in the parades. They are both great horses that love what they do!

Bri, Ruby and I are extremely excited to travel around to numerous fairs and rodeos this year, and encouraging many people to join us this August in celebrating our fair, and cheering on the brave cowboys and cowgirls at our annual rodeo.

Come on out to beautiful Hunt Park in Tygh Valley, Oregon and enjoy some country hospitality and have some down home fun. I hope to see you there!
