You can now drop-in to our clinic for shots any time Monday - Friday 8:30
a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
No appointment is necessary.
Please bring your child's shot records with you. If you have any
questions please call our office at (541) 506-2600 and ask to speak
to the nurse.
Cost
- As of January 1st, 2003 we will be billing your private insurance company for shots.
- The cost for administering shots (nursing services) is $15.00 each.
- You may be eligible for free shots through state funded programs.
You are eligible for free vaccine if:
- You have no insurance
- You have Oregon Health Plan
- You are an American Indian or Alaskan Native
- Your insurance does not pay for vaccines
- Your insurance co pay or deductible is not affordable
If you would like us to bill your private insurance, please do the following:
- Bring your insurance company card with you the day you are to receive shots
- Call your insurance ahead of time and find out what vaccines are covered
- If you have private insurance, you may find that it is easier to receive shots at your primary care provider
Adult Immunizations
We offer Hepatitis A and B, and Tetanus shots for adults. It is now recommended that all adults receive the booster for tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis to protect young babies from pertussis. Please call
us for more information.
